At the exhibition, “Frank Reade: Images of a Forgotten Hero,” Paul will be showing large-format photos augmented by his Photoshop and model-building wizardry, [...]]]> Dozens of images created by Paul Guinan for the book Frank Reade: Adventures in the Age of Invention will be on display during April at Powell’s City of Books on Burnside.

At the exhibition, “Frank Reade: Images of a Forgotten Hero,” Paul will be showing large-format photos augmented by his Photoshop and model-building wizardry, as well as some beautifully restored Victorian science fiction engravings.

On First Thursday, April 5, there will be a reception at 6:30 pm for the opening of Paul’s show. At 7:30 Paul and Anina Bennett will do a reading and slide show from their book Frank Reade: Adventures in the Age of Invention.
